Aoniz Group was founded after identifying a clear shift in how marketing works. Traditional paid advertising was becoming more expensive, less trusted, and increasingly saturated. At the same time, attention was moving elsewhere, toward creators and the audiences that genuinely listen to them.
What started as a local operation grew into a full-scale influencer marketing agency built on systems, repeatability, and long-term partnerships. In the early stages, Aoniz worked hands-on with brands across the Balkans and South Europe, refining campaign structures, creator vetting processes, and performance tracking from the ground up.
Today, Aoniz operates internationally, managing campaigns across multiple markets while remaining one of the most established and trusted influencer marketing agencies in the Balkan region. That local foundation matters. It’s where the process was sharpened before scaling globally.

Noa founded Aoniz after identifying a clear opportunity to build a more structured and effective approach to influencer marketing. Leveraging strong industry connections, managerial experience, and a deep understanding of how creators and brands collaborate, he set out to build an agency focused on execution, systems, and long-term growth.
By starting locally and working closely with both brands and creators, Noa developed hands-on expertise across the full influencer marketing lifecycle, from strategy and creator partnerships to campaign execution and scaling. This foundation became the basis for the operational systems Aoniz uses today.
Beyond client work, Noa is active in the influencer marketing space as an educator and mentor. He runs a YouTube channel focused on building and scaling influencer marketing agencies and leads private programs and a community where he teaches over 30+ agency owners how to build, manage, and scale their own talent management and influencer marketing agencies using proven, real-world systems.
This direct connection between agency execution and education ensures that Aoniz remains operationally sharp, closely aligned with market shifts, and constantly evolving alongside the fast-moving creator economy.
